Jakarta, Indonesia: The official logo of the 46th Queen Sirikit Cup has been unveiled, signalling the start of an inspiring journey towards one of the Asia-Pacific’s longest-running and most prestigious team championships.

To be staged at Bogor’s Sentul Highlands Golf Club from May 13-16, the 2026 edition of the Amateur Ladies Asia-Pacific Invitational Golf Team Championship will feature three-strong teams from more than a dozen member nations of the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation (APGC).

“More than a symbol, the emblem captures the nation’s elegance, resilience and warm spirit in welcoming the region’s finest young female golfing talents,” said a statement from the Indonesia Golf Association, who created the logo.

The statement added: “Set against the backdrop of Sentul Highlands Golf Club, where rolling highlands meet the cool mountain air of Bogor, the championship promises a majestic and intimate atmosphere.

“As preparations intensify, from perfecting course conditions to elevating world-class facilities, Indonesia readies itself not only to host a tournament but to celebrate culture, sportsmanship and the timeless stage where future legends of Asia-Pacific golf will rise.

“The Queen Sirikit Cup is more than just a competition – it’s a celebration of the game and an opportunity for young female golfers to forge friendships, gain experience, and take their next steps toward a bright future in the sport.”

APGC Chairman Philip Hassall said: “This championship has long been a cornerstone of women’s amateur golf in the Asia-Pacific region, providing a stage for emerging talent to test themselves against the best. The Gary Player-designed golf course will be a fitting venue for this year’s competition, promising an exciting showcase of skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

“Throughout its history, the Queen Sirikit Cup has been a launch-pad for some of the game’s greatest players. Many of today’s stars first made their mark in this event before stepping onto the professional stage. This year’s field is no exception, with a strong contingent of rising stars ready to make an impression.

“The APGC takes great pride in fostering the growth of the women’s game across our 43 member nations. We are seeing more countries develop elite female golfers, and the strength of competition continues to rise.

“This year has already been remarkable for our region’s top amateurs, with outstanding performances at the Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific (WAAP) in New Zealand.

“Korean Yang Yun-seo’s triumph at the WAAP has secured her places in three Major championships in 2026, while her compatriot Oh Soo-min, last year’s Queen Sirikit Cup individual champion, has continued to shine with a second successive runner-up finish in the WAAP. Their journeys reflect the ever-increasing strength of women’s golf in our region, and I am excited to see who will rise to the occasion at Sentul Highlands.

“On behalf of the APGC, I’d like to thank tournament founder Rae-Vadee T. Suwan, The R&A, the Indonesia Golf Association, and the dedicated team at Sentul Highlands Golf Club for their commitment to making this championship a success.”
