Reynolds was elected to the Golf Australia Board in October 2023 and Chairs the People and Culture Committee, and is a Member of the Risk and Audit Committee. She is also the Golf Australia appointed Director to the Australian Golf Services Board.
Reynolds brings extensive experience across sport, government, and purpose-driven organisations. This follows an Executive Career with senior roles across the Government and Superannuation sectors with qualifications as a Fellow CPA, and Masters in Commercial Law.
Reynolds is a Founding Member and Chair of the Australian Golf Leaders Network and is South Australia’s State Chapter lead for the Minerva Network, linking elite athletes with executive business leaders. She is a member of The Grange Golf Club in South Australia and served on its Committee for the last 10 years, including the last four years as President.
Reynolds said she was honoured to take on the role and looked forward to contributing to Golf Australia’s continued growth and impact.
She said: “Golf is a sport with an incredible ability to connect people across communities, generations and backgrounds. I’m passionate about ensuring we continue to build a game that is welcoming, inclusive and sustainable for the future. I’m honoured to take on the role of Vice Chair and look forward to working with my fellow directors and the broader golf community to support the game’s long-term success.”
Golf Australia Chair Peter Margin welcomed the appointment, highlighting both Reynolds’ governance experience and her contribution to the game.
Margin said: “Nicolle brings outstanding leadership experience across complex, community-focused organisations, as well as a deep connection to golf.
“Her appointment as Vice Chair strengthens our Board and reflects our commitment to strong, diverse and future-focused governance. We are delighted to have her step into this important leadership position.”
Reynolds’ appointment further strengthens Golf Australia’s national governance structure at a time when the organisation is focused on delivering the BIG SWINGS 2026-2030 strategy – driving growth across all forms of golf, improving the golfer experience, and building a more inclusive, connected and modern game for the future.
